Welcome to Black Sheep Blues, an online graphic novel. The best place to start is at the beginning.

2009 - The Year of the Sheep

Remy and I have been working for a long time on our various projects, bringing to fruition the results of our hard labors and creative work. This year will prove to be the culmination of all that work, the tipping point where we go from dream to reality. Remy has hooked an artist who is now dutifully working on the first season of Black Sheep Blues. We will be at San Diego ComicCon in July, and Baltimore's comic convention later this year. Currently the first open betas are being released for Calamity Fuse, and we will be present at GDC in March as well. So, we have decided to dub 2009 as the Year of the Sheep -- the Black Sheep that is. This is where it will all come together for us. We hope that whoever you are you'll come along for the ride with us, because it promises to be a good one.

Happy Black Sheep Day!

About 6 years ago, the BS tag was worn for the first time. We don't know the exact day, but in honor of our founding and luck being a black sheep thing (as well as part of my handle,) we are declaring today to be the 6th annual Black Sheep Day. July 7th from now on will be BS day. Days off work, parties, etc.

Success is inevitable.

The Black Sheep Brotherhood

Welcome to the newly redesigned (but still ugly-looking) homepage of the Black Sheep Brotherhood. The days of the blue background and sparse text are over. We are building a website to host our far-reaching efforts. I will now answer a couple questions:

What is this brotherhood of which you speak?

The origins of the Black Sheep Brotherhood hearken back to the year 2001, when our fearless leader Lucky Remy began searching for those outcast men and women, those misfits, those Black Sheep in need and banding them together into a united force, whose parts separate are less than the whole.

Who is this Remy fellow?

Remy cannot be defined in simple terms. I will not try here. Why don't you meet him and ask him yourself?

What efforts do you speak of?

The Black Sheep, a long-lived and expansive organization, have taken upon themselves projects of different sorts. These include but are not limited to a video game, music, and a web comic.

A web comic, you say?

An action-suspense-drama-comedy about a team of hired guns trying to deal with a large force of evil. We are still deciding on a name for this comic, but this page will a center for the comic, the first season of which we are aiming to be finished and ready for public consumption near the end of the year. (If we don't make it, don't hold us to it :P) In the meantime, feel free to look around.

Why is this website so ugly?

Because I made it and I have no aesthetic senses. Eventually we will apply more manpower to the job and it will look better, but it suits our purposes for the time being.

Why do I care?

You're here, aren't you?
